MCMC to work with police to track down Isis video owner – Bernama
The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) is working with the police to track down the owner of the YouTube account 'Isis Malaysia 69', said commission chairman Datuk Seri Dr Halim Shafie."Whatever help is needed we will provide. We are already in touch with the police and cooperating with them," he said today in Cyberjaya.Meanwhile, Bukit Aman CID director, Datuk Seri Mohmad Salleh, said police will work with MCMC to track down the video owner and take legal action under Section 124C of the Penal Code for offences affecting parliamentary democracy."The individual is also liable for legal action under the Special Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012 (Sosma)," he said in Kuala Muda today.Yesterday, the Inspector General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar said police were looking for the owner of the YouTube account 'Isis Malaysia 69' to facilitate investigations related to the video which attempts to incite the people to protest against the country's judicial system.In the one-minute video, four individuals in black garbs with their faces covered, warned they would hold protests against the judicial system by setting off fire crackers on February 18 at 11.30pm. – Bernama, February 17, 2015.

Selangor move to cancel Kidex legal, says ex-law minister
The Selangor government yesterday cancelled the RM2.2 billion Kinrara Damasara Expressway. Former Umno minister Datuk Zaid Ibrahim says the move is legal despite Faekah Hussin, the aide of former Selangor menteri besar Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim, saying otherwise. – The Malaysian Insider pic, February 17, 2015.Selangor's decision to cancel the multi-billion ringgit highway Kinrara-Damasara Expressway (Kidex) is legal, said former Umno minister Datuk Zaid Ibrahim, dismissing claims that the state government had no right to do so and could be sued.The former de facto law minister, who at one time served the ruling Barisan Nasional administration, said land matters clearly fell under state jurisdiction as states had the power to determine use of land."You cannot build houses without land, likewise for highways. The federal government can say what they want but it is states that decide on land issues."Selangor's decision to cancel the project is legal. It is within their power," he told The Malaysian Insider from Sydney, Australia, today.Zaid previously offered legal counsel to protest group Say No to Kidex.Faekah Husin, the aide of former Selangor menteri besar Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim, said the state government may be sued for cancelling the RM2.42 billion highway, adding that the agreement was inked between Putrajaya and the concessionaire.English-language daily The Star reported her as saying the PKR-led state government had no right to cancel the project as it was only tasked with providing land for the project.
“Azmin Ali might have used the wrong term when he said the project was cancelled. It was not him who signed the deal," Faekah (pic, left) said in reference to Khalid's successor, Mohamed Azmin Ali."The state government only has the authority to give development approval for land which is in the state’s jurisdiction.“The state government is only authorised to give a go-ahead on the use of the land. That is all," she added.Azmin yesterday said concessionaire Kidex Sdn Bhd failed to fulfil the conditions by February 14, the deadline set by the state government.Among the conditions set by Selangor were for independent traffic and social impact assessments to prove that the project would benefit not only road users, but also those living along the alignment, as well as the negatives of the project.The state also wanted the concessionaire to reveal the toll rates throughout the concession period, including any hikes in between.It also wanted to know the approximate amount the concessionaire would collect during the concession period and the rate of return on investment.The fourth condition was for the full concession agreement to be disclosed in line with Pakatan Rakyat government's thrust on transparency and accountability.Kidex Sdn Bhd chief operating officer Datuk Mohd Nor Idrus said they would issue an official statement after receiving from Putrajaya.“We will have to consult the federal government first about this," Nor said in a brief response to The Malaysian Insider after being told of Selangor’s announcement.Kidex signed a concession agreement (CA) with Putrajaya in November 2013 and it got a third extension to its CA until November this year.It was eported that approvals for highway projects must come from both the federal and state governments.The entire 26.1km highway was to start from the New Klang Valley Expressway toll above the SPRINT Highway at the Damansara interchange and end at the Damansara-Puchong Highway at Bandar Kinrara Section 2.Among the areas that could be affected by the project are Tropicana Mall, SS2 Mall, the Rothmans cross-junction, Section 14, Amcorp Mall, Hilton Petaling Jaya, Tun Hussein Onn Eye Hospital, Jalan Templer roundabout, Taman Datuk Harun, Taman Medan Baru and Bandar Kinrara.The project's supporters said it would cut down travel time between those areas by 25%. But it faced resistance from residents who said it would worsen congestion and pollute their neighbourhoods. – February 17, 2015.

"Tidur Anwar sedikit terjejas kerana gangguan nyamuk," kata Datin Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail mengenai keadaan terkini suaminya Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim yang dipenjara di Sungai Buloh.Dr Wan Azizah berkata beliau telah memohon kepada pihak penjara supaya menyediakan tilam setebal dua inci dan menyelesaikan masalah tandas yang tidak sesuai."Pihak penjara meyakinkan kami namun kami masih menunggu janji mereka untuk menyediakan tilam setebal dua inci dan menangani masalah nyamuk selain tandas cangkung yang tidak sesuai dengan keadaan fizikal Anwar," katanya kepada pemberita di luar mahkamah selepas perbicaraan kes saman fitnah yang difailkan Anwar terhadap Menteri Luar Datuk Seri Anifah Aman.Di akhir prosiding hari ini, Anwar sempat berkata: "Terima kasih Yang Arif, saya akan balik ke Sungai Buloh" selepas selesai memberi keterangan.Kes itu didengar di hadapan Pesuruhjaya Kehakiman Siti Khadijah S Hassan Badjenid dengan Anwar diwakili peguam Razlan Hadri Zulkifli manakala Tan Sri Muhammad Shafee Abdullah, mewakili Anifah.Anwar, 67, yang berpakaian kemeja biru muda dan berseluar hitam, tiba pada pukul 7.45 pagi di Kompleks Mahkamah di sini dan dibawa ke dalam bilik bicara sejam kemudian dengan diiringi pegawai dari Penjara Sungai Buloh dan polis mahkamah tanpa bergari.Sebelum prosiding bermula, anggota keluarganya termasuk Dr Wan Azizah dan beberapa pemimpin pembangkang antaranya Menteri Besar Selangor Azmin Ali dibenarkan bertemu dengan Anwar di bilik saksi.Cucunya yang masih kecil dan kebiasaannya tidak dibenarkan memasuki mahkamah juga berada di galeri awam ketika prosiding itu berlangsung.Beliau hadir di mahkamah itu untuk memberi keterangan dalam kes samannya sebanyak RM100 juta terhadap Anifah berhubung kenyataannya pada sidang media di Washington pada Mei 2009.Anwar dibawa ke Mahkamah Tinggi Kuala Lumpur hari ini ketika sedang menjalani hukuman penjara lima tahun setelah Mahkamah Persekutuan pada 10 Feb lalu memutuskan beliau bersalah meliwat bekas pembantunya Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan pada 2008.- Bernama

Datin Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail, wife of jailed opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, at the Jalan Duta High Court today for Anwar’s defamation suit against Foreign Affairs Minister Datuk Seri Anifah Aman. – The Malaysian Insider pic by Afif Abd Halim, February 17, 2015.Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim today said Foreign Affairs Minister Datuk Seri Anifah Aman was playing to the gallery when he claimed that Anwar had sent a businessman to entice him and other Sabah MPs to defect to the opposition, the court heard today.Anwar said Anifah made the allegation because the Umno general assembly was on at the time."Obviously, it was made for a specific audience and for the Umno media," the jailed opposition leader said when re-examined by his lawyer Razlan Hadri Zulkifili today.He said Anifah's allegation was also an afterthought because it was not pleaded in his defence earlier in 2009.Anwar has filed a RM100 million suit against the minister for defamatory words uttered during a news conference in Washington with former United States secretary of state Hillary Clinton.Anifah had told reporters then that Anwar offered him the post of deputy prime minister if he enticed federal lawmakers from Sabah to topple the ruling Barisan Nasional (BN) government by joining the opposition.In his statement of claim, Anwar alleged that Anifah's claims were baseless, unfounded and grossly negligent and had been widely reported in local and foreign media. Anwar, who was convicted for sodomy by the Federal Court a week ago, was brought by prison officials to give evidence following Anifah's successful application to amend his defence last December.On November 27, Anifah took the stand and said businessman Datuk Ishak Ismail, a close associate of Anwar, had offered him RM100 million to bring 10 MPs from Sabah to join PR and topple the BN federal government in 2008.But he did not include this piece of evidence when he filed his defence in 2009, which had only stated that he was offered the post of deputy prime minister.Anwar said he had not been close to Ishak since he was sacked from the government in 1998 and had only met him once in Munich, Germany in 2004."To survive, he and others have to cut all ties with me. This is how the system operates in this country," he said, adding that any suggestion that the businessman was his crony was absurd.He said Anifah, the Kimanis MP, must be familiar with the crony system but that it did not necessarily apply to all.Anwar, who was finance minister between 1991 and 1998, said he knew hundreds of businessmen while in that position as they had submitted business proposals and held meetings with him.Anwar, who held the position of deputy prime minister from 1993 until his removal in 1998, said he was fully investigated by the authorities whether he had secret bank accounts and timber concessions."They could not prove that I took even a share," he said.Earlier, there was a tense moment between Anwar and lawyer Tan Sri Muhammad Shafee Abdullah in the court room.Shafee, who represents Anifah, at the outset of his cross-examination informed Anwar that he could seek clarification if he did not understand his questions.To this Anwar replied: “Very clear but unnecessary."The Permatang Pauh MP did not look at Shafee who began posing questions.He told the court that Ishak was close to him until 1998 but had left for good reasons.Shafee: How do you know him?Anwar: He is from Penang, just like you (Shafee). I was a minister when he (Ishak) approached me, just like what you did.Shafee then told Anwar that this was not the place to play the fool."My question is whether you know Ishak, not me," he said.Shafee was the ad hoc deputy public prosecutor who secured the conviction for the prosecution in the sodomy case, both in the Court of Appeal and the apex court.However, Shafee has been criticised by the legal fraternity and former attorney-general Tan Sri Abu Talib Othman for unwarranted attacks against Anwar, even after the delivery of the apex court's judgment.
Shafee had been asking why Anwar did not give evidence from the witness stand and did not utilise the defence of alibi to show he was not at the crime scene.The Federal Court bench led by Chief Justice Tun Arifin Zakaria dismissed Anwar’s final appeal against his conviction for sodomising his former aide Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan.The panel also upheld the five-year jail term imposed by the Court of Appeal on March 7 last year.Anwar also told the court that Ishak, a former KFC deputy executive chairman, was a committee member, treasurer and secretary of the Permatang Pauh Umno division between 1982 and 1998.Anwar said he had been the division chairman during that period.He said it was malicious and nasty for Anifah to suggest that Ishak had offered RM100 million to entice him and several MPs to realise his September 16, 2008 dream for Pakatan Rakyat to capture Putrajaya.Anifah in his testimony said Ishak had made the offer sometime in 2008 at the Hilton hotel in Kuala Lumpur.Anwar said he had not communicated with Ishak about Anifah's allegation because the businessman had issued a statement but the minister had not responded."It was an absurd proposition. He (Ishak) has denied it. Period," he added.Judicial Commissioner Siti Khadijah S. Hassan Badjenid will deliver her ruling on June 5. – February 17, 2015.

ดาว มันไม่ได้จีบ มันเป็นมาช่วงหลังๆ มากกว่า
ปิ๋ม : จริงๆ คือจะบอกว่าเรามีความสนิทสนมกันมามากก็จริง แต่ว่าก่อนหน้านี้พี่ดาวก็มีแฟน มีสามีอยู่ เราก็ต่างคนต่างมีภาระหน้าที่ของกันและกัน มีหน้าที่การงานในคนละส่วนกัน แต่ว่าหลังๆ มาพี่ดาวก็โสด ไม่มีใครแล้ว เราก็ได้คุยกันมากขึ้น ปิ๋มก็มีปัญหาในส่วนของปิ๋มที่เยอะพอสมควรที่ได้ปรับทุกกับพี่ดาวได้มากขึ้น แล้วระยะหลังๆ มานี่พี่ดาวโสดจริงๆ ไม่มีใคร พูดไปแล้วคือพี่ดาวไม่ญาติพี่น้องที่ไหน

ปิ๋ม : อยู่กันเป็นครอบครัวมากกว่า ก็เลยพูดกันทุกเรื่อง

แหวนทองเหลืองย้อนหลัง - ดวงใจ (พิงกี้-สาวิกา ไชยเดช) เริ่มมีอาการแพ้ท้องให้สายคำเห็น สายคำ (ปาย-ธนิศา ปัญญาภู) จึงไปคาดคัดจนดวงใจต้องยอมบอกกับสายคำว่าเธอท้องกับกฤษดา (ผู้พันเบิร์ด-พันโทวันชนะ สวัสดี) สายคำเลยแนะนำให้ดวงใจไปปรึกษากับบัวแก้ว บัวแก้วพอรู้เรื่องที่ดวงใจตั้งท้องกับกฤษดาก็จัดการส่งดวงใจให้ไปอยู่กับแม่แก้วที่ในเมือง แล้วให้ดวงใจบอกกับกำนันปานว่าไปรักษาตัวอยู่กับหมอฝรั่งในเมือง โดยให้ดวงใจรออยู่จนกว่าจะคลอดแล้วค่อยอุ้มลูกกลับมาหากำนันปาน เพราะว่าถ้ากำนันปานเห็นหน้าหลานแล้วก็จะทำโทษดวงใจกับลูกไม่ลง
