Kumar Aaman at the RoS's office in Putrajaya.Kumar Aaman started his hunger strike at about 2 pm yesterday to protest against ROS's decision which he received on Monday stating his appointment as MIC secretary-general was invalid. Tengku Adnan added that the action of Kumar Aaman would not affect the image of the BN.He was speaking to reporters after launching the Putrajaya Primary and Secondary Schools Tahsin Iqra and Tahfiz programme at Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin Mosque in Putrajaya today. He said he also hoped the registrar would clearly explain the provisions of the law under its purview so that the action would not be seen as biased.MIC deputy president Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam yesterday also described the hunger strike launched by Kumar Aaman yesterday as not “Malaysian". – Bernama, January 23, 2015.
